Welding

The welding process (operations) as piece assembly, case welding, flanges to the case and welding machine for SAW does so on. Column and the Boom pillar is 7 meters height and 6 meters length.

MIG, TIG manual welding machines and positioner machines and metallic and elastic movers are under control unit supervision.

Assemblies

All assembly operations including tubes assembly to tube sheet, expand and Welding the tube to tube sheet by orbital welding machine and assembly the bundle tube to the case by Boom welding And pillar fixture and special tables are performed in this unit.

Stress Releasing Furnaces

This furnace is 5.3.6-meter dimension is used for some pieces that need stress releasing.

Final Tests

After final assembly the production are transferred to this part for hydrostatic test. In this part, there is the possibility of pressure test to 250 bars by hydraulic pump and other equipment.

The production fabrications in the shop after control are taken out of shop for final processes including sandblast; painting and packing after all else will be delivered to the costume.
